  4. Culture of continuous improvement – Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the company, or in other words Agile Thinking. Strive for a mindset in which employees are always looking for ways to improve systems and processes, and the increase of customer satisfaction.
  5. Invest in the right technology – Choose reliable, advanced and scalable technology that fits well with the needs within your own company, but also the needs of your customers. Cheap, inferior systems will, in the long run, cause more problems, dissatisfied customers and inevitable loss of revenue.
