Serge Janssen Daalen

Founder & CEO

Serge brings experience and visionary leadership, driving innovation and growth. His role is primarily focused on developing the Spire Academy and the Spire Partner Program.

Nishant Tyagi

Chief Technical Officer

Nishant leads our technical strategies, ensuring robust and scalable solutions, for our digital products and the integrated Spire Essentials and Spire Connect Platform.

Manuel Antunes

Chief Product Manager

Manuel leads product development with a focus on user-centric design, enhancing functionality and user experience. He also runs the Spire Studio department for customization services.

Our founder Serge, with a life-time passion for IT, envisioned a collaborative tool for the global workforce.


In 2019, Serge partnered up with Nishant Tyagi to embark on an ambitious journey to redesign a new and bold architecture for a low-code platform. The goal was to make it highly agile, extremely scalable, and Al readiness.

Spire Solutions first created Spire Connect, an API-driven platform that seamlessly handles data endpoints between the database and user interfaces, ensuring agility and scalability. Completed in 2021, Spire Connect has the potential to be 'the everything app', but still at the time it lacked the proper user interface.

In early 2022, Serge brought Manuel Antunes on board, to set up Spire Studio with the first assignment to transition from geeky software architecture to a Human-First, easy-to-use range of integrated software tools that we called Building Blocks. This approach bridged the gap and enhanced user experience for ease and simplicity. By 2023, the business software platform was named Spire Essentials, capable of adapting to any business operation demands.

With a handful of launching customers in the summer of 2023, Spire Solutions collaborated to test their vision and its stack to compose a tailored business operations platform for each new client. Working ahead we started to make the first stable deliveries before Christmas 2023.


Since the Summer of 2024, the first end-users have been successfully using the platform for extremely productive business operations.

What's Next?

From September 2024 onwards, we will launch Spire Essentials and Spire Academy through a channel distribution model.

Partnering with multiple MSPs and independent IT consultants, marketplaces like Shopify App Store, Pax8, iSourcing Hub, and IT partners like Dent IoT and Vevol Media, we will offer simplified pricing plans


And from early 2025 onwards we will launch the promising Spire Al programme. So stay tuned.
